wish list...
my birthday is FAST approaching! ok, it's not for another month. BUT, it's a BIG one. twenty-five years of BLISS. i love my life. and at the age of 25, i'm ever so happy with it. i'm SO happy with it, that i have created QUITE the wish list... to make it even HAPPIER! just to name a few...

the birthday boy!
Tonight the fam went to good ole OUTBACK in celebration of Pops' BIRTHDAY... which was the 24th... With everyone's crazy schedules, this was the earliest it could be done. We had a fabulous time and ate all sorts of yummy food.
Can I just say that my father is adorable!

A big shout out today, to the MAN of all MEN! To the KING of the lawnmower! The eater of the pistachios! The cutest PLAID wearer you'll ever come across! That FATHER of all fathers. And the MAN of my HEART!

we dig chicks
it's SPRING! i love this season! it's the season of GREEN! the season of riding with the WINDOWS DOWN. the season of seeing CUTE, retired people riding around in old beat-up CHEVYS loaded down with trees, shrubs, and fruit trees. the season of the scent of fresh-cut GRASS. the season of BASEBALL. and the season of CHICKS AND BUNNIES...
eva, allie and i had a girls day. a "chicks" day, if you will. amongst other things, like chicken nuggets and cheeseburgers, we went down to the tractor supply and played with the spring chickens and future easter bunnies of america.

they were TOO cute. and eva just loved them.
just a few 'lo lights'...
1. i love birds.
2. if i'm driving anywhere outside of eden (and 2 roads in greensboro).... i am stressed. and my hands are at 10 & 2. and my knuckles are white
3. sometimes, drinking fabric softener is appealing to me. seriously, i LOVE fabric softener.
4. i cry at least once a day.
5. i belong to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. and this is what i believe.
6. i make super cute cloth napkins and dish towels.
7. i love bluegrass music.
8. these are a few of my favorite things: babies, sleeping with the windows open, my family, cookbooks, baja blast, seafood, reading, and summer.
9. i work at a bank and i love my job.
10. i write down EVERYTHING and make lists for EVERYTHING.
